Services
Floor Sanding
Our floor sanding service removes surface imperfections and restores wooden floors to their original condition. Using advanced dust-free machinery, we carefully sand multiple layers to eliminate scratches and unevenness. The process prepares floors for finishing treatments while maintaining structural integrity, suitable for both residential and commercial properties across London.
Parquet Floor Restoration
Specialising in parquet floor restoration, we address damaged inlay patterns and deteriorated adhesives. Our experts replace missing tiles, remove old bitumen glues, and refinish surfaces using eco-friendly products. This meticulous process preserves historical authenticity while enhancing durability for modern usage requirements in Forest Hill properties.
Eco-Friendly Finishes
We apply environmentally conscious finishes that protect wooden floors without compromising indoor air quality. Our non-toxic varnishes, waxes, and oils meet strict environmental standards while providing durable protection. These finishes enhance natural wood grain and are particularly suitable for homes with allergy sufferers or commercial spaces requiring safe working environments.
Commercial Floor Sanding
Designed for high-traffic commercial environments, our commercial sanding service handles large-scale projects with minimal business disruption. We specialise in school floor renovations during holiday periods and office space transformations using industrial-grade equipment. The process includes gap filling, structural repairs, and application of wear-resistant finishes for long-term durability.
Wood Floor Maintenance
Our maintenance packages extend the lifespan of restored floors through regular professional care. Services include buffing, polishing, and reapplication of protective coatings every two years. We provide tailored maintenance schedules for residential properties and commercial clients, ensuring sustained appearance and functionality of wooden flooring surfaces.
