FLOOR LAND

Our laminate flooring combines realistic wood and stone effects with exceptional durability. Designed for high-traffic areas, it features scratch-resistant surfaces and easy-click installation. Ideal for kitchens, living rooms, and commercial spaces, this flooring offers a cost-effective alternative to natural materials without compromising aesthetics. The protective layer ensures longevity, making it a practical choice for modern households.

Luxury vinyl flooring provides 100% waterproof protection, perfect for bathrooms, basements, and wet areas. Available in wood and tile effects, it includes built-in underlay for comfort and soundproofing. Our collections, like Quick-Step's Alpha range, balance style with resilience, resisting stains and wear while maintaining a luxurious appearance in residential and commercial settings.

Solid and engineered wood flooring brings timeless elegance to any space. Our sustainably sourced oak, walnut, and maple options offer unique grain patterns and finishes. Engineered wood adapts to temperature changes, making it suitable for underfloor heating systems, while solid wood provides a classic, refinable surface for long-term investment.

Herringbone and chevron parquet designs add sophistication to traditional and contemporary interiors. Available in laminate, vinyl, and real wood, these patterns create focal points in living rooms and hallways. The interlocking planks ensure stability, with options for DIY installation or professional fitting to achieve seamless results.

Enhance your flooring with matching accessories, including skirting boards, underlay, and transition profiles. Our underlay options improve insulation and reduce noise, while Scotia beading covers expansion gaps. Tools and adhesives ensure precise installation, guaranteeing a polished finish that complements your chosen flooring style.

It's rare to find such a reliable and customer-oriented company nowadays. But look no further! They are really helpful and responsive. Any orders placed were received it good time and excellent condition. I cannot recommend them enough! I will definitely be using them again on my next project. Thank you Floor Land!

Absolute ace service really quick. Neil and Callum were great over the phone to make sure the delivery got to us in time. Delivery driver was able to move the pallet to where we wanted. Would highly recommend

I am very delighted that they are good services and good qualify products from FloorLand Warrington. Thank you for fitting up the floor. Look very nice. The lads are very friendly and helpful. I would like to recommend to friends.

Ordered some of the berry alloc ocean laminate a few weeks ago, absolutely made up with it. Fantastic price and service and great lads. Highly recommended

Great experience, we had to change the date a few times and they couldn't have been more hopeful. On the day the fitters were really professional, did an amazing job and clearly take pride in their work.

We've just had some Elka engineered flooring fitted to our lounge, dining room and hallway - it looks amazing! No door plates between the rooms so all flows beautifully - Lee was so helpful and between him and the fitters managed to come up with a way to fit the wood to our unexpected wonky floors.they even came back on Saturday to finish the work as it had taken so much longer than planned and we had a family party the following week. Couldn't recommend them more, I had to shoo Dan out the door on Saturday afternoon as he didn't want to leave a mess! Top job, one very satisfied customer.

How lucky I found this reliable flooring supplier, they are so supportive and I was given much useful and professional advices to make a right choice for my new house. They made a nicely carpet and laminate floor with very high standard workmanship for my entire house with reasonable price. It is a great pleasure to deal with them, highly recommended!

Floorland were brilliant from start to finish. Great communication and knowledgable about what we needed. Everyone we spoke to was polite and friendly and we've had loads of compliments on how lovely the floor looks. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again.

We've just had our flooring done in our 3 bedrooms by floor land. In a few hours we had new lovely LVT flooring. It looks amazing! Premium service and Fair price. Highly recommended.

I have had an incredible experience with this company! They really saved my bacon because of the flooring shortages right now (and also shortage of HGV drivers ect) I was trying to get Quickstep Impressive Ultra Soft Oak Grey from various retailers, to no avail, even Quickstep is sold out until end of October from most of this range and colours. Unfortunately, 2 boards got damaged in transit but Lee went above and beyond and has now supplied me two new replacement boards from a pack.

Sometimes this happens with products damaged in transit and is inevitable but Lee and his team were very helpful/supportive with this. Lee went to great lengths to get my flooring and secured it from a specific supplier delivered to his store to then get it to me. If I had not found this company I would of had to cancel all my other trades and delay. Thankyou so much Lee! :D Once my flooring gets installed end of next month, I shall post a picture here in an update of the flooring.

Lee and his lads were absolutely spot on. Lee was very knowledgeable and gave me a great price for LVT right through the ground floor of the house. The lads fitted it all in a day and did a great job

I'm so pleased I looked locally to have a new laminate floor fitted and found Floorland. Lee and his team, from my first call right through to the after sales and fitting of my floor were Professional, informative, reliable, and helpful with all my concerns in a friendly down to earth manner, and cost me no more than else were or online. I am 'over the moon' with the quality and expertise of their work, It was a pleasure to do business with Lee and the team

CLM was nothing short of the best business I've hired since buying my house to fix up. Lee and his team were efficient, ultra-tidy and precision accurate when it came to installing my new wood floor and stairs. As you can probably see from my google account, I don't often review companies unless they deserve it- and CLM does just that. I know what it can be like when looking for someone to install your floors and not wanting a cowboy or someone who will overcharge for the job- but I can definitely say that I'd recommend anyone to give Lee at CLM a shout without hesitation.

First class service from start to finish, would definitely recommend Floor land to anybody looking for a reliable, skilled and professional job. Lee always responded to my (many) messages, and all the team were punctual, polite and easy to have working in my home. We started off with a very wonky old quarry tile floor in our victorian terrace and now have a perfect, gorgeous wooden floor.we are absolutely delighted with it Thank you

Brilliant team of guys fabulous job even came back to fix a small snag which they put right in under 2 mins. They are not happy unless you are happy. A big thank you to Lee and to the rest of your team
