Refined Interior Finishes was established to give homeowners a more organised and professional approach to renovation work. Based in Norwich and led by Kevin Smith, our family-run company has more than 20 years of practical experience across kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and full interior refurbishments. We take care to understand each property, the proposed scope and the intended everyday use of the completed space before work starts. This preparation forms the foundation of our process, allowing trades, materials, schedules and daily coordination to be handled through one clear system. Our aim is to keep communication straightforward and ensure that homeowners know what is happening throughout their renovation. Careful preparation and attention to detail remain central to how we work, with the finished result expected to meet a consistently high standard.

Preparation, fitting and associated trades are coordinated through one process, helping reduce disruption and maintain a consistent standard throughout. 
LVT flooring offers us a practical way to provide homeowners with durable, comfortable and low-maintenance flooring. We carefully plan every installation around the property's condition, room layout and flooring specification. Preparation may include removing existing flooring, correcting levels and addressing transitions before fitting begins. We then complete the installation with careful attention to edges, trims and final presentation.

Refined Interior Finishes recently renovated our en-suite and downstairs cloakroom, and we are delighted with the results. From discussing our ideas to managing deliveries, coordinating skilled tradespeople, and completing the project, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Our project manager Josh was friendly and helpful leaving everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. The workmanship is excellent, and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

I recently had work done and couldnt be happier with the results. The quality of the flooring was exceptional, finished to a very high standard, with great attention to detail throughout.

This is a great company! I had a full (terraced) house renovation, and Kev project managed the whole thing from start to finish, making it completely stress free.
While the renovation was being carried out, the communication was excellent. There were weekly video updates, and Kev or Josh met me regularly at my property to explain what had been done and what would happen next. I felt they went above and beyond to keep me informed and to consult me.
There was a good (and reassuring) eye kept on the money side of things too - there were regular updates and Kev made really helpful suggestions about where to spend money and where to save it. He was also incredibly patient with my (rather quirky!) tastes and style choices.
Kev only works with reliable, trustworthy tradesmen, who were all friendly, polite, worked very tidily and took enormous care with my house. The front garden was never piled up with builder's rubbish for weeks on end as you sometimes see with renovations in small properties., and even the neighbours commented on how respectful all the tradesmen were.
All in all I am absolutely delighted with the work that's been done on my house. It's been turned from a tatty old place that was hard to live in with a manky old kitchen that was falling apart to a relaxing and stylish space that I feel very proud of and which is a pleasure to come home to! I can't recommend this company strongly enough. They are fantastic!

We have really enjoyed the whole renovation experience of our kitchen and bathroom with WS renovations. It has been stress-free, smooth and speedy! We are overjoyed with the results that are exactly as planned and our quality of life has been transformed. We had two bathrooms and a kitchen done. They have been amazing. Very pleased with the three rooms they did! When a little change in plan happened due to something that wasnt there doing it was because we had an old house or the delivery wasnt correct they sorted it out very quickly to keep on track. They finished earlier than expected with the quality of work being outstanding. If any problems occurred after installation they sorted it out very quickly! I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone. If we have any further plans to change to the house we will definitely be coming back to you guys.

I have only praise for Kev and his marvelous team at WS Renovations. They did a complete new bathroom for me in June, followed by some new LVT flooring in August. My delay in posting this review is purely down to personal circumstances.
Firsty they did an excellent job within the budget and time frame agreed (apart from a few of my own additions). The main job involved completely stripping the old bathroom back to original brickwork and installing a new one with all associated fitments, electrics, external drainage and decorating.
Secondly Kev made several helpful design suggestions which i gladly accepted. They were also flexible enough to accommodate my changing whims as the work progressed, without complaint. To quote Kev, "we can do whatever you want, we're the dream team". None of the old "ooh, can't do that mate!".
Thirdly, all the team were always friendly, helpful and trustworthy ( I left them the door key as I couldn't often be there) , as well as clearly proud of their work.
Fourthly their after sales service has been excellent where needed on a couple of things.
My final comment is simply that I would recommend WS Renovations to anyone who wants reliable, flexible and trustworthy builders to do any major works on time and on budget.
