Mike turned up at time agreed and worked efficiently and tidily laying the wood flooring.
He was courteous and polite and I felt quite happy to leave him in the house when I was out.
He finished the job on schedule and the flooring looks absolutely lovely.
He cleared up all the mess and left the area looking spotless.
He has telephoned me twice since I returned from holiday to see if everything is okay and offer to come back if I have any problems.
